“Best Security Products was extremely professional & customer oriented. I checked into several companies. Some wanted to sell me a canned package without even considering my needs. Others try to hook you with free or low priced systems…but these are a joke; they don’t even begin to be adequate and that’s when the up-sell begins and your free system is 800.00+! Mark did a personal assessment of our needs with questions to determine our living patterns and needs. This resulted in the best system design to meet our needs and didn’t feel any pressure to add components and they use quality products (Honeywell). John worked hard and was incredibly polite and kept at the job until he got everything in place & working correctly. He hardwired everything he could, which makes for a more secure & dependable system. John gave us personal instructions, had us test out things in his presence, and gave us his number, assuring us we could call at anytime. BTW, I would recommend the smoke alarm option. My brother had a home fire recently & it made me more aware of the benefit of having a connected alarm. If no one is home, it could take along time before anyone is aware of a fire. By the time the fire department responds it could be far too late.“
