Installing smoke detectors is one of the most important steps you can take to stay safe from fire. You will want to install both kinds of smoke detectors--ionic and photoelectric, or a combination smoke detector which serves the dual purpose of both.

This odorless, tasteless, and colorless gas is a deadly gas produced when certain types of fuel is burned, including gasoline. A carbon monoxide detector in your RV will detect unsafe levels of this gas and alert you.
